As you probably know, if you read my previous posts about my trip to Ukraine, it was before the Russian invasion. But as I received so many requests from guys who wanted to find a Ukrainian wife, I wanted to help, and with the help of my friends in the country, I made a comprehensive guide.
I share only my opinions and thoughts, and I hope it will help you meet Ukrainian brides. These gorgeous and kind women are definitely worth it! 💛💙

As the number of online daters just in Ukraine is expected to reach 6.5M users by 2027, searching for single Ukrainian women for marriage online is a smart move.

Being in Ukraine and chatting with singles and married people of different ages, I was recommended “marriage sites” a lot. Marriage sites, aka Ukrainian mail order bride sites, are mono-national online dating platforms that have real Ukraine women searching for a husband abroad.
Don’t confuse a mail order bride website with international dating services, as though both may have beautiful Ukrainian women, still, intentions vary a lot. Users of an international dating site might have different dating goals, from long-distance friendship to marriage.
Why do Ukrainian dating sites work so well?
First, not all online dating sites that claim to help you find a Ukrainian wife actually do so. I’m talking only about using a legitimate Ukrainian dating site.

My experience using online dating services in Ukraine
During my time in Ukraine, every guy recommended using online dating services to meet hot Ukrainian women. But almost all the men I talked to were in the 18-45 age range.

Well, let’s take the elegant out of the room—war. Some of the regions are more dangerous than others, but still, I’m not a fan of playing Russian roulette (no pun intended).
But answering the question now is a great time to meet Ukrainian women for marriage, as many start to value every moment of life more and go for what they really want. That resulted in a marriage boom in the country in 2022–2023!

Being in the country for over a month, I met so many Ukrainian women and guys who told me everything about how people meet. Adding my own observations, I created a list of places where you can find real Ukrainian brides.

Well, social media is not a dating service, but Ukrainian women and guys actively use it. Here are some interesting stats I found during my research.
Fun facts about Ukrainian social media usage
- 74% of Ukrainians use social media platforms as of January 2023
- There are over 22M users in the country
- YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook are the top 3 most-used social media platforms
Though social media are undoubtedly popular, I wouldn’t say that it is the easiest way to search for a future Ukrainian wife. Why?
- Ukrainian girls love to post photos, but they rarely reply to DMs from strangers.
- It’s hard to tell if a Ukrainian lady is single.
- You need to put in a lot of effort to browse profiles to find someone you like who is interested in Western men.
But at the same time, you can still find Ukrainian brides on social media, and it’s absolutely free! And it’s easier when you have some mutual friends. I browsed all the Ukrainian females of one of my friends from Ukraine on Instagram to slide into the DMs. But the reply rate was only 20%, which is almost nothing compared to mail order Ukrainian brides services.
4. Marriage agencies to meet Ukrainian brides
Last but not least, the option to find a Ukrainian mail order wife is to use a Ukrainian marriage agency.
I can’t say that marriage agencies are popular among Ukrainian men, but Ukraine mail order wives who seek partners abroad and want a serious relationship or marriage often use them.
I was lucky to talk to one of these Ukraine brides, and here are some questions I asked her.

“Yes. Most Ukrainian women on such sites really want to get married. But as far as I know, there are many scam sites that have fake Ukrainian wives. I learned about it as I found my photos on the other dating website under a different name.”
