UkrainianCharm Review: What Is It + How to Get On in 2024?
When I was searching for the next website for my review, I stumbled upon a forum discussion that reminded me of UkrainianCharm. That was a site that I used during my trip to Ukraine. Well, obviously, it was a few years ago, as unfortunately, now the country is under attack, and I can’t go back to enjoy some Lviv coffee and mlyntsi (something like crepes) with cherry filling in the company of stunning Ukrainian women.
But I believe we will all be able to explore this beautiful country soon!
But going back to my UkrainianCharm review, I created a new account intending to explore whether the site still makes the cut for me.

- The dating site is partly paid, and there is a good free-to-paid service ratio and multiple communication tools, including chat, mail, prompted messaging, photo exchange, and more.
- UkrainianCharm is similar to a social media platform, where members can follow users, like posts, write comments, and share content to their feeds.
- The dating service runs on a credit system, with credits starting at $19.99 for 150 credits (special offer).
- There are not many UkrainianCharm reviews, but the platform has 100% TrustScore from ScamAdviser.

Let’s dive into my experience of using the site for the second time.

As you can see, Ukrainian Charm is one of the standard dating sites that work on the join-search-chat formula. But it works.
When you visit the site, online dating becomes quite intuitive. I know I’ve used my fair share of dating sites, but the Ukrainian Charm site has design, organization of the services and features, and personal page interface work for the user and not against them.
If only you knew how many dating platforms are so overwhelming that you just want to click out after a few minutes on them.

During my review, I chatted with 40 Ukrainian women, 7 Western men, and Ukrainian guys, asking about their dating goals, why they chose Ukrainian Charm and not alternative dating sites, who they chatted with the most, and how they liked their experience so far.
Most male users were searching for foreign partners, having fun, communicating easily, and potentially meeting a perfect match. At the same time, female members are mostly into guys from Western countries and want to find love in a long-distance romance.
I’ve noticed the main thing that unites people on the site is their desire to build happy and healthy relationships. But there is no focus on pressure to get married, like on mail order bride sites, where mail order brides just want to marry abroad.
I’ve had so many interesting conversations and can say that the dating site will work best for:

✅ Individuals who are into Slavic singles
✅ Men and women who seek romance and companionship and like to chat
And I don’t think that Ukrainian Charm will be the best option for:
❌ Singles who are interested in casual dating and hookups

❌ People who don’t want to spend money ($30-$40) on online dating

UkrainianCharm features
The dating platform offers a variety of services and features. Testing them one more time was fun to see if there were any changes.
Because what I noticed is that Ukrainian Charm had an interface update. If I remember correctly, it was also good, but now the user-friendly interface is simple and stylish. It helps to focus on member profiles.
But let’s dive into my experience using Ukrainian Charm in 2023.
Ways to meet singles from different countries reviewed
When I visited the Ukrainian Charm website, the first thing that I wanted to do was browse profiles. There were so many women that my jaw dropped.
But you know that I like to be organized in my search, so I started by exploring all the ways you can search for a match on the site.
Traditional search with filters
That’s a standard search. I can’t say that there is something exciting about it. There are just 4 filters that help tailor the pool of members. I can’t say that’s a lot or enough to find a perfect match. But it’s free and works well, so I can’t complain.
The People feature for interactive matching
Another search way, and in IMHO, a more fun way, is the People feature. It’s designed to find a person to chat with or even the love of your life fast.
I was offered random profiles of singles from Eastern Europe, which I could like or skip. I enjoyed this feature and met most of my females to chat this way.
Communication tools reviewed
UkrainianCharm offers multiple communication features that I had so much fun testing:
- Wink/Say Hello. It’s a fun little way to show your interest in someone. I’ve sent tons of those.
- Instant chat. If you like a particular user, that’s usually a go-to advanced feature for communication. That’s basically a traditional messenger where you text and can add stickers and emojis (for an extra fee). Also, it has media exchange and a cool Let’s Talk addition with pre-written messages.
- Mail. It’s a great way to chat if you are more into love letters. I’m not a poem guy, but I’ve sent a few mails and received 10+ first.
I liked the communication variety of the site, and it deserves 🥐 🥐 🥐 from me!
But I should remind you that most communication tools are paid, and you need to have credits to access any premium feature.
Special features on UkrainianCharm
Also, some features caught my attention right away:
- Private photos
- Virtual gifts
- Real-life delivery of presents
All of them deserve a 🥐 from me, as they spice up the experience on the site and can help to make a surprise and help online dating feel more real. Prices for virtual and real presents are a bit up there, but a lot depends on the particular item you choose.
Is Ukrainian Charm free?
When I was researching the site, I noticed that many people online were wondering if UkrainianCharm is free. And I understand why, as when you visit site, you can’t browse profiles or see features or prices.
I understand that’s for privacy reasons, and joining is free. But it’s a bit annoying.
So, for those wondering—Ukrainian Charm has free features but is not a fully free site. Some of the advanced features, mainly most of the communication tools, require credits.
I’m actually a fan of credit-based sites. Why?

- You pay for what you use
- No overcharges for subscriptions you forgot to cancel (or is that just me 😁)
You can buy credits in packs and use them on any service you like. I got 20 complimentary credits after registration on the UkrainianCharm website, and there was an option to get an extra 10 for email confirmation. Also, all new users can benefit from the first purchase discount of $19.99 for 150 credits instead of $50. That’s the pack that I bought.
To help you put credits into perspective:
- Live chat is 2 credits per minute, which is around $0.26 with this pack
- The first mail is 10 credits ($1.30), and all the following are 30 credits each ($3.90)
- Photos and audio messages 10 credits ($1.30)
- Videos 50 credits, which is around ($6.65)
Is that expensive? I wouldn’t say exactly. Chatting is quite affordable. Only video exchange can get quite pricey, but using it wisely won’t break the bank. Many ladies like to send teasing videos, so don’t be shy to tell your comfortable communication way.
UkrainianCharm profile examples
I’ve already mentioned that non-members can’t see the personal pages of other users, which made me think that showing you some profiles would be a good idea. Take a sneak peek to see what type of people you can meet on Ukrainian Charm.
Female profile
First and foremost, this girl is just stunning. I like that she is one of the validated members, aka daters, who have gone through the verification procedure.
She has many photos, which I noticed is common for people on Ukrainian Charm. Also, detailed bios are popular, and we can see that in this example, too.
In the bottom part of the profile, we can see some basic details about the Ukrainian girl that help you get to know the person better before talking.
Overall, the profile is good, but it would be even better if there were some profile videos or spicy hidden photos.
Also, you can see an example of the post of this female user. Many members use Ukrainian Charm in a unique way, like online dating on a social media platform.
Male profile
Another example of the UkrainianCharm’s members is a male user. Usually, when I register for a dating service, I can’t see the profiles of other male members for some reason.
I like that I could also enjoy making contact with males and checking out what they do with their Ukrainian Charm profile.
Well, this profile photo is a hit, and I think this guy is getting a lot of attention on the site. He also has a detailed profile, as does the female user above. There are many photos and a sweet but short bio, which I like.
There is a bit more basic info on this Ukrainian Charm profile, but to learn more, a member needs to hit the private chat room.
I enjoyed that men post to Newsfeed, as I saw posts on their profiles. However, if you choose to look for just women, you won’t see them.
Overall, the quality of the profiles is good. Members put in effort to look good and attract love, which makes me think that singles on the site are looking for real relationships.
And as for fake profiles, I haven’t stumbled upon any. I’d say around 95% of members are verified, and the service has really strict moderation.

And that’s when my review of UkrainianCharm comes to an end.
So, is UkrainianCharm legit? Hard yes. I had a good time chatting with guys and girls on the site. They are open to communication and easy-going. The overall reply rate was around 96%—so cool!
Is UkrainianCharm a scam? I didn’t see fake profiles there, and the communication I had did not seem automated. But you always need to be careful, as no site can guarantee 100% safety.
